He will be giving an overview of the Veteran Affairs’ work in supporting veterans re-entering the workforce and partnership opportunities for manufacturers looking to recruit veterans.

Leo Pertin, the Director of Technology and Service Development at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, will discuss if automation is relevant for your product, service, and customer and what would work for you. He will speak on day one, August 17th, at 10:25 am.

Sergio Frias, the former Service Executive and Public Speaker on Customer Service, will discuss how to optimize service touch points and adapt to customer needs. You can find him on day 3, August 18th, at 8:15 am.

Appify will hold a roundtable focusing on shifting to the gig economy and how rapid app development improves the partner experience for your contractors. Our roundtable will be hosted by key team members familiar with the evolving gig economy and the needs of field service and other industries as it pertains to managing their gig economy workers. Meet Kyle Egge, Enterprise Account Executive and Larry Taylor, Sales Development Manager. Kyle and Larry will discuss how to improve the experience of partners for enterprises and how to mitigate top challenges organizations face with their partner, gig, and contractor teams.
