Hari Subramanian

Founder & CEO

Hari is the founder and CEO at Appify, responsible for setting and realizing the product & technology vision. A staunch technologist and mildly geeky, he has worked for more than 30 years in Enterprise software in various roles including support engineer, programmer, solution architect, and engineering leader. Hari’s specialization includes ERP, CRM, workflow management, and document imaging as they apply to large, complex Enterprises. Prior to Appify, Hari was the co-founder and CTO at ServiceMax, the first-of-its-kind SaaS solution for Field Service Management. In that role, he led the technology vision and engineering from inception in 2007 until the acquisition by GE Digital in 2017 for $1 Billion. When Hari is not thinking about helping businesses with Appify’s rapid application development platform, he is visualizing his next big idea.

Rangarajan Vaithyalingam

CTO

Ranga is the CTO at Appify responsible for technology strategy, product engineering, innovation and translating Appify’s product and platform vision into reality. He brings in tremendous amount of knowledge and understanding on a wide range of technologies and complex enterprise implementations. He has been in the software industry for 20+ years in various roles as software engineer, product architect, engineering leader building complex enterprise mobile and cloud applications primarily for Field Service & Healthcare industry verticals. Before joining Appify, he served as Product Architect at ServiceMax (Acquired by GE Digital) and Head of Research and Discovery at Aptuit (Acquired by Catalent). Ranga holds a Masters in Computer Science, MBA from IBS and an executive technology program certification from Wharton School.

Agni Ananda

VP of Customer Acquisition

Agni Ananda is the VP of Customer Acquisition. Agni is responsible for leading all of Appify’s sales & channel partnership teams globally. His team works with customers at every step of their journey. He has 15+ years experience across various B2B Saas companies ranging in size from $1M to over $10B+ in revenue. Prior to Appify, Agni was an early employee at ServiceMax driving and scaling the client implementation and delivery organization globally.

Anand Kirtikar

Head of Operations

Anand Kirtikar is the Head of Operations at Appify. He is responsible for building and managing the Appify Reseller partner network pan India.

Anand brings a rich 20+ years of experience in managing cost centres, setting up high-performing engineering teams and global service delivery. He is a results-oriented leader with expertise in enhancing overall organizational growth, and improved business performance. Before joining Appify, Anand served as Director of Professional Services at ServiceMax.

Anand holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering and an MBA.
